Quick Exhale
Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Who we are
Quick Exhale is the name of our web tool. It is provided at https://quickexhale.com (the “Site”) by Verdant Web Solutions, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). We may also serve the same Site at https://www.quickexhale.com; both addresses refer to Quick Exhale.
Contact (general, privacy, and support): verdantwebsolutions@gmail.com
We do not publish a customer service telephone number or mailing address on this Site. If a law or regulator requires a physical or registered address for your jurisdiction, we will provide it when legally required.
What Quick Exhale is
The Site offers a browser-based tool to help users unload thoughts, choose priorities, and plan time blocks. A free tier runs mostly in your device. A Pro subscription (monthly, processed by Stripe) adds features such as calendar-related export and optional cloud backup of stored session data tied to your account.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account email: If you choose to sign in, our authentication provider (Supabase) collects your email address to send magic-link messages and maintain your account.
- Usage of the tool: Text you type in the Site is primarily used locally in your browser unless you use Pro cloud backup (see below).
- Support: If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Automatically collected information
- Hosting and serverless logs: Netlify may process technical data such as IP address, request metadata, and coarse location derived from IP in standard server logs for security and operations.
- Analytics (when enabled): If we turn on Google Analytics, Google may collect identifiers and usage data per Google’s policies. We will update this section when Analytics is live and list how to opt out where applicable.
- Advertising (if added later): If we enable Google AdSense or similar, those partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show or measure ads. We will update this policy before enabling ads and, where required, provide consent or opt-out mechanisms.
- Search Console: Google Search Console helps us understand search performance; it does not require visitors to install anything. Data is aggregated at the site level.
Payment information
Subscriptions are billed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number on our servers. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive limited billing metadata (e.g., subscription status, customer id) necessary to deliver Pro features.
How we use information
- Provide and improve the Site and features.
- Authenticate users and, for Pro, verify subscription status.
- Optional Pro: session backup you request is stored in our database provider (Supabase) and tied to your account so you can restore across devices or after cache loss.
- Comply with law, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights and safety.
- Communicate with you about the service or your account.
Local storage and cookies
We use browser local storage (and similar technologies) to save your in-progress work on your device. Our authentication provider uses cookies or local storage for session tokens when you sign in. Third parties listed below may set their own cookies if you use their embedded services or if we add Analytics or Ads.
Third-party services (“subprocessors”)
To run the Site we rely on vendors that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Netlify, Inc. — static hosting, serverless functions (API routes), and related infrastructure.
- Supabase — authentication (magic link) and database storage for account profiles, optional Pro backup payload, and subscription-related flags.
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, invoicing, and the Stripe Customer Billing Portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, and cancel your subscription.
- Google LLC (if enabled) — Analytics, AdSense, Search Console, and other Google tools as configured.
- Content delivery networks — e.g., scripts loaded from trusted CDNs (such as the Supabase client library) may log technical requests according to their policies.
Each vendor’s privacy policy governs their processing. We select vendors with strong security practices but cannot guarantee their behavior.
Why Netlify does not “host” your subscription page
Netlify hosts our Site and runs our serverless code. It does not process card payments or provide the subscription management UI. Stripe provides the secure Customer Billing Portal (hosted on Stripe’s domain) after we create a portal session from our API. That matches common patterns: your previous project likely linked to Stripe’s portal, possibly via a Netlify Function.
Retention
- Local data: Remains until you clear site data or use our reset control.
- Account and Pro backup: Retained while your account exists or until you ask us to delete account data, subject to legal retention needs.
- Billing records: Stripe retains payment and tax records per law and Stripe’s policies.
- Server logs: Netlify and others retain logs for a period defined in their policies.
Security
We use industry-standard providers, TLS for data in transit, and restrict secret keys to server environments. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use the Site at your own risk.
Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us at verdantwebsolutions@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
California residents: If the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended applies, you may have additional rights. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in California law, except as described if we enable personalized advertising in the future—this policy will be updated before we do so.
International users
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from elsewhere, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries that may not provide the same level of protection as your home country.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., email or banner).
