Who we are

Nettly is a privacy-first peace of mind tracker provided by Verdant Web Solutions, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”).

We do not publish a telephone number or mailing address on this site.

What Nettly is

Nettly helps you understand your Safety Net and Months Covered by analyzing transaction data you paste manually. We do not connect to banks, Plaid, or other financial aggregators. We do not ask for your bank login credentials.

What we do not store

• Your pasted transactions, categories, tags, merchant rules, or Safety Net details on our servers.
• Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or card numbers.

Transaction data stays on your device in browser storage and in snapshot files you download. You are responsible for keeping those files secure.

Information we may collect

• Subscription billing: If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment. We may receive limited billing metadata (such as email, subscription status, and a Stripe customer identifier) necessary to confirm an active subscription. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Support email: If you contact us, we receive your email address and message contents.
• Hosting logs: Our hosting provider may process standard technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and operations.

Local storage

Nettly uses browser local storage to save your in-progress work on this device. Clearing site data or using “Remove data from this device” in the app deletes that local copy.

Third-party services

• Stripe, Inc. — subscription checkout and billing management.
• Hosting provider — serves the static site and may log technical requests.

Each vendor’s privacy policy governs their processing.

Retention

• On your device: Until you clear it or remove it through the app.
• Snapshot files: Under your control once downloaded.
• Billing records: Retained by Stripe as required by law and their policies.

Security

We use reputable providers and TLS for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use Nettly at your own risk and should protect snapshot files as you would sensitive financial exports.

Children

Nettly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. Contact verdantwebsolutions@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
