Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Nettly (“Service”) provided by Verdant Web Solutions, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Nettly is a browser-based tool for tracking peace of mind metrics such as Safety Net balance and Months Covered. You paste transaction data manually. The Service does not connect to financial institutions and does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

Your data

Transaction data you enter is stored locally on your device unless you export a snapshot file. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you paste, for backing up snapshot files, and for keeping those files secure. We are not responsible for data loss on your device or in files you manage.

Subscriptions

Paid features, if offered, are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis unless canceled. Prices and trial terms are shown at checkout. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method according to the plan you select. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our support policies unless otherwise stated at purchase.

You may manage or cancel your subscription through Stripe’s billing tools when available, or by contacting us at verdantwebsolutions@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of calculations. Nettly is for personal informational use only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdant Web Solutions, LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction apply.
